Payment Terms: Heindl Engineering, LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Personal Check, Company Check, or Money Order as payment. Items paid for by Personal Check will not ship until the check has cleared into our bank.
Custom Orders: We will do our best to accommodate any custom orders that you would like to place. If a cart or item is a custom order (i.e., not from standard items), we require 50% of the purchase price at the time of order, with the balance due before shipment. All special order harnesses require payment in full at the time of the order. Special orders are non refundable.
Sales Tax: Appropriate sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to or picked up within the state of Ohio.
Shipping Terms: We ship via UPS daily. Tracking information for your order will be available once the item(s) has shipped. All side entry pleasure carts are shipped via UPS Ground in three (3) boxes. The cost of the shipping will be added to the total cost of your purchase.
